Payments and How To Join

Farmers incur their greatest expenses before the season begins, so shareholders must make every effort to pay in advance to distribute the financial resources to the farm when they are needed the most. If at all possible, please pay the entirety of the membership fee when you join. The installment plan should be a last choice, an option provided for those in the community who do not have the resources to pay the full amount at the beginning.

The cost of joining the CSA is $625. Shareholders can pay by installment $200 down, and then each installment will be due 4 to 5 weeks after the date of mailing of the receipt for the previous installment. All installment plan shares should be completely paid for by the end of June.

Send the CSA enrollment form to the farm with your payment. Shares may sell quickly as there is great demand in this area for CSA shares, and too few CSA farms to meet the need.

All first-time members of Heirloom Harvest CSA who pickup at the Westborough farmsite must attend a one-hour orientation in the spring. A schedule of orientations will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment. For shareholders interested in joining a pickup co-op who are not already a member of one, please send an email to the farm with your phone number and email address at farmer@heirloomharvestcsa.com. The information will only be made available to others near you who are interested in forming a pickup co-op.

Please download the enrollment form for additional information. If you have more questions, contact the farm at farmer@heirloomharvestcsa.com, or call 508.963.7792.
